Our Holiday Gift Drive has officially ended! Here's a view of the Franklin office this morning, and then Franklin 3rd grader, Lila, with all of the gifts at Village Bank collected from the school and Jackie's house!!
This HUGE box at Village Bank was completely empty when they walked in and it's now overflowing with amazing gifts for those that need it most because of your incredible generosity.

We are writing with a HUGE thanks to this wonderful community for all you have donated the past few months.
Our COAT DRIVE, FOOD DRIVE and HOLIDAY GIFT DRIVE have all exceeded expectations and all you have given is so deeply appreciated.
This morning our gift drive wrapped up (pun intended!) and we delivered a huge number of gifts to the Village Bank- our partners there were, as always, blown away by Franklin's social activism and kindness.
We want to thank you all, with a special mention to the 5th Grade Student Council for coming up with great ideas to spread the word for our existing drives and for exploring new ones to come.
We'll be back in 2022 with more social action projects and donation opportunities to serve those in need. As always, be in touch if you are in need during this or any time- our school social worker Daniela is available at mackinnond@newton.k12.ma.us to get connected to resources.
